These terms and conditions govern your use of Mini Stars Football holiday football camps. By registering your child you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Registration
Registration is complete once you have submitted the online form and received a confirmation. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion.
2. Payment
- The camp fee is £85 per child per week.
- Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments are processed securely by Square. We do not store card details.
- A place is not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the camp start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.
- No refund is available for cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date.
- If we cancel a camp for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
- We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred as a result of cancellation.
4. Health & Medical Information
- You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of registration.
- Children must be physically fit to participate. If in doubt, please consult a GP before booking.
- Our staff are not medically qualified and cannot administer prescription medication.
- We reserve the right to arrange emergency medical care if required and to charge reasonable costs to the parent or guardian.
5. Supervision & Behaviour
- Children are supervised during camp hours only (from drop-off to pick-up).
- We expect all children to behave respectfully towards staff and other participants.
- We reserve the right to exclude a child without refund if their behaviour endangers themselves or others, or disrupts the camp for other participants.
- Parents are responsible for their child outside of camp hours.
6. Drop-off & Collection
- Children must be collected promptly at the end of each session.
- Children will only be released to the registered parent, guardian, or a named authorised adult.
- If you are unable to collect your child, please notify us in advance with the name of the authorised person.
7. Photography & Media
We may take photographs or video during the camp for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to appear in such material, please notify us in writing before the camp begins.
8. Liability
- We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants, but cannot accept liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in activities, except where caused by our negligence.
- Parents are advised to ensure their child is covered by appropriate personal accident insurance.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
